Daher steht die deutsche Regierung unter zunehmendem Druck, die Krise zu bew\u00e4ltigen.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Eine der gr\u00f6\u00dften Herausforderungen ist die Verknappung der elektrischen Energie im Stromverteilungsnetz. Dieser Mangel wurde durch mehrere Faktoren verursacht, darunter die Schlie\u00dfung mehrerer Kernkraftwerke (KKW) im Land, wodurch sich die Energieversorgung verringert hat. Dank unserer langj\u00e4hrigen Beziehungen und unseres Fachwissens in der Nuklearindustrie waren wir in der Lage, eine ma\u00dfgeschneiderte L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr PreussenElektra zu entwickeln.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Wir ben\u00f6tigten RDB-Dichtungen, O-Ringe und Dichtungen mit einem Durchmesser von 195\u2033\/190\u2033, die aus Inconel 718 hergestellt und galvanisch versilbert wurden, und lieferten einen Satz RDB-O-Ringe, der vor Weihnachten 2022 am KKW-Standort eintraf. Der Herstellungsprozess, einschlie\u00dflich der Ausgangspr\u00fcfung und der Luftfracht von Atlanta, GA, nach Frankfurt, Deutschland, und weiter nach Bayern, wurde mit gro\u00dfer Sorgfalt durchgef\u00fchrt, um eine rechtzeitige Lieferung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\" Deutschland<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Unser Verfahren zur Herstellung der Isar-2-RDB-Dichtungen wurde einwandfrei ausgef\u00fchrt, um den Anforderungen von PreussenElektra gerecht zu werden.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Zun\u00e4chst wurde die Quelleninspektion bei TG Columbia zufriedenstellend abgeschlossen, und die Versandgenehmigung wurde wie geplant erteilt. Dann arbeiteten wir mit Isar 2 zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die L\u00f6sung w\u00e4hrend des geplanten Stillstands eintraf. Diese Stillst\u00e4nde finden alle 12-18 Monate statt und sind ein Standardverfahren f\u00fcr Druckwasserkernreaktoren, um die Brennelementb\u00fcndel im Reaktor zu reorganisieren und sicherzustellen, dass alle Brennelemente gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig abgebrannt werden, um die Effizienz zu optimieren und die Kosten zu senken.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Die RDB-Dichtungen trafen p\u00fcnktlich ein und wurden ohne Probleme oder ungeplante Ausfallzeiten eingebaut, so dass der gesamte Prozess mit Pr\u00e4zision und Effizienz durchgef\u00fchrt werden konnte.
