Der weiche F\u00fcllstoff bildet das Dichtungsmaterial, das so gew\u00e4hlt wird, dass es Leckagen von Druck, Temperatur, Luft oder Fl\u00fcssigkeiten f\u00fcr die Anwendung am besten ausschlie\u00dft. Das Metallband wird dann an den Enden der Wicklung verschwei\u00dft, um die Spannung aufrechtzuerhalten. Die Technetics Group stellt auch spiralgewickelte Dichtungen her, deren mechanische Eigenschaften durch die Erstellung einer Kompressionskurve gesteuert werden. Diese Dichtungen werden als \"lastzertifiziert\" bezeichnet. B. f\u00fcr den Betrieb mit fl\u00fcssigem Sauerstoff, den Transport bestimmter verfl\u00fcssigter Produkte und andere.
