ITER ist eine globale Zusammenarbeit, die daran arbeitet, die Art und Weise, wie die Welt Energie erzeugt, f\u00fcr immer zu ver\u00e4ndern.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Technetics ist stolz darauf, als Partner an diesem massiven Projekt mitzuwirken und die notwendigen Metalldichtungsl\u00f6sungen zu liefern, die das Projekt ben\u00f6tigt, um seine Vision Wirklichkeit werden zu lassen.<\/p>\n<h5>ITER will die Energieerzeugung neu definieren<\/h5>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iter.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ITER<\/a>\u00a0(\"Der Weg\" auf Lateinisch) ist ein internationales Energieprojekt, das aus Gespr\u00e4chen zwischen den Pr\u00e4sidenten Reagan und Gorbatschow am Ende des Kalten Krieges entstand. Das Projekt begann im Jahr 2005 und soll bis 2025 sein erstes Plasma haben.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>ITER ist ein Zusammenschluss von 35 Nationen, die daran arbeiten, den gr\u00f6\u00dften Tokamak der Welt, eine Magnetfusionsanlage, in Frankreich zu bauen. Zu den Mitgliedern geh\u00f6ren China, die Europ\u00e4ische Union (EU), Indien, Japan, Korea, Russland und die USA.<\/p>\n<p>ITER wird nicht gebaut, um Energie zu erzeugen, sondern um die Machbarkeit der Fusion als gro\u00dftechnische und kohlenstofffreie Energiequelle zu beweisen, die auf denselben Prinzipien beruht, die auch die Sonne und die Sterne antreiben. Diese Energie ist die Kernfusion, die entsteht, wenn Wasserstoffkerne unter enormer Hitze und Schwerkraft zusammensto\u00dfen. Sie verschmelzen zu schwereren Heliumatomen und setzen gro\u00dfe Mengen an Energie frei.<\/p>\n<p>Um diese Reaktion in einem Labor zu erzeugen, sind hohe Temperaturen, eine gro\u00dfe Dichte an Plasmateilchen und eine ausreichende Einschlusszeit erforderlich. ITER versucht, dies mit Hilfe eines Tokamaks zu erzeugen.<\/p>\n<h5>Wie Tokamaks funktionieren<\/h5>\n<p>Tokamaks sind eine sowjetische Erfindung aus den 1960er Jahren. Seit ihrer Erschaffung haben viele L\u00e4nder sie als eine M\u00f6glichkeit \u00fcbernommen, ein Magnetfusionsger\u00e4t zu konfigurieren. Tokamaks nutzen die Energie der Fusion, indem sie mechanische Energie, wie die Rotation einer Turbine, in elektrische Energie umwandeln.<\/p>\n<p>Dieser spezielle Tokamak ist jedoch ein wenig anders. Die volumenst\u00e4rksten Tokamaks, die heute in Betrieb sind, haben ein maximales Plasmavolumen von 100 Kubikmetern. Das des ITER-Tokamaks liegt bei 830 Kubikmetern.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Im Inneren des Tokamaks befindet sich eine donutf\u00f6rmige Vakuumkammer. Unter extremer Hitze und Druck wird gasf\u00f6rmiger Wasserstoffbrennstoff zu einem Plasma. Das Vakuumgef\u00e4\u00df kann ohne eine korrekte Abdichtung nicht richtig funktionieren.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Unser\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/live-technetics.pantheonsite.io\/technetics-products\/metal-seals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Metallabdichtungsprodukte<\/a>\u00a0machen dies m\u00f6glich.
