Jason Riggs, Director of Strategy bei der Technetics Group, sprach mit Gastgeber Tyler Kern \u00fcber dieses Ph\u00e4nomen und wie sich der Markt wieder erholt hat.<\/p>\n<p>Weltweit ist der Luftverkehr um 30% gegen\u00fcber der Zeit vor der Pandemie zur\u00fcckgegangen, und die Flugzeughersteller fordern eine Erh\u00f6hung der Produktionsraten auf 75 pro Monat, was einer Verdoppelung gegen\u00fcber heute entspricht. Was bedeutet das f\u00fcr die Lieferbasis? Dies wird zu einer st\u00e4rkeren Belastung f\u00fchren, insbesondere bei den qualifizierten Arbeitskr\u00e4ften.<\/p>\n<p>Facharbeiter waren 2020 von Entlassungen bedroht, und jetzt ist die Belegschaft 10-20% kleiner als sie sein sollte.  Wie viele andere Branchen haben die Unternehmen Schwierigkeiten, Mitarbeiter wieder einzustellen, und Riggs sagte, eine Hypothese f\u00fcr die Ursache sei, dass die j\u00fcngere Generation die Branche wechselt.
