Die daraus resultierende hohe Kontaktspannung in der Dichtungsbahn macht die HELICOFLEX\u00ae DELTA Metalldichtung zu einer ausgezeichneten Wahl f\u00fcr Ultrahochvakuumanwendungen, die extrem niedrige Helium-Leckraten erfordern.
