In die Stirnfl\u00e4che des Gegenrings werden von uns gesch\u00fctzte Merkmale eingearbeitet. Wenn sich der Gegenring dreht, dr\u00fccken diese Merkmale Luft in einen konvergierenden Spalt in der Dichtungsfl\u00e4che, wodurch ein Druckanstieg zwischen den prim\u00e4ren Dichtungselementen entsteht. Sobald der Druck gro\u00df genug ist, trennen sich die Fl\u00e4chen und das Teil arbeitet im hydrodynamischen oder ber\u00fchrungslosen Modus. Bei diesen Funktionen wird Luft aus dem Innendurchmesser zur Erzeugung des Auftriebs verwendet. Ein statischer Dichtungsdamm verhindert Leckagen, wenn sich das Teil nicht dreht. In vielen Anwendungen in der Luft- und Raumfahrt verlangen die schnellen thermischen \u00dcberg\u00e4nge, die st\u00e4ndig wechselnden Dr\u00fccke und die Bedingungen in gro\u00dfer H\u00f6he nach L\u00f6sungen, bei denen die Ebenheit der Dichtung \u00fcber lange Zeit zuverl\u00e4ssig erhalten bleiben muss. Durch die Verwendung einer ber\u00fchrungslosen Dichtung k\u00f6nnen Gleitringdichtung und Gegenring praktisch leckagefrei und nahezu verschlei\u00dffrei arbeiten.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br
