La soci\u00e9t\u00e9<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"none\">a d\u00fb passer un test d'\u00e9valuation APT-V5 tr\u00e8s strict pour l'American Petroleum Institute (API). Cette association \u00e9tablit des normes et fournit des certifications pour l'industrie du p\u00e9trole et du gaz aux \u00c9tats-Unis. Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9chou\u00e9 au test avec deux options de conception, un joint torique en caoutchouc et une bague m\u00e9tallique, un repr\u00e9sentant d'Alternate Energy Solutions a contact\u00e9 Technetics Group \u00e0 la recherche d'une solution de joint m\u00e9tallique.<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Il s'agissait de trouver une solution d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 pour un bouchon de fond de puits ayant une temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement de 350 <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00ba<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">F et une pression de travail allant jusqu'\u00e0 10 000 psi. Les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s au mouvement axial et \u00e0 l'exigence de haute pression ont ajout\u00e9 des complexit\u00e9s uniques \u00e0 l'application. En outre, le test API permet au bouchon d'avoir une chute de pression de 1% sur quinze minutes. Avec une pression de service allant jusqu'\u00e0 10 000 psi, une chute de pression acceptable dans cette application serait de 100 psi pour chaque intervalle de quinze minutes.
