Qu'est-ce que cela signifie pour la base d'approvisionnement ? Cela va cr\u00e9er davantage de tensions, notamment au niveau de la main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Les ouvriers qualifi\u00e9s ont fait face \u00e0 des licenciements en 2020, et maintenant la main-d'\u0153uvre est 10-20% plus petite qu'elle ne devrait l'\u00eatre.  Comme beaucoup d'autres industries, les entreprises ont des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 recruter \u00e0 nouveau des employ\u00e9s, et Riggs a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu'une hypoth\u00e8se pour la cause est que la jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration change d'industrie.
